2006-2007 ALLOCATIONS COMMITTEE
The Variety Allocations Committee is committed to carrying out Variety’s mission to serve children with physical and mental disabilities in the Greater St. Louis region, each time they need assistance, from infancy to the age of 21.
The committee is made up of 60 dedicated individuals who generously give their time and energy to help review applications from children’s agencies that have requested financial assistance. During a four-month period, members of the committee make on-site visits to every agency to witness first-hand how past funding has been used to learn specific areas of need for future funding.
The Allocations Committee currently includes seven panels: Behavioral Counseling, Camps, Clubs and Community Centers, Day Cares, Hospitals, Schools and Special Disabilities.
Those who contribute to Variety the Children's Charity of St. Louis can be assured that their gift is making the greatest impact in the lives of 200,000 children in the Greater St. Louis region. Click here to see the list of agencies that will be served for 2006-2007.
