Comprised of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40, Young Variety is the future of our organization, ensuring that the thousands of St. Louis children served by Variety will continue to receive help in the years to come.
In addition to regular happy hours at area bars and restaurants, Young Variety hosts its own pillar events throughout the year to raise funds for Variety children. Young Variety members are also active volunteers, joining together to support Variety’s inclusive programs and work directly with children who have physical or mental disabilities.
Already find yourself contemplating a winning strategy? Get a head start by coming to meet your Trivia Night opponents at the February Happy Hour. There will be drink specials and light appetizers. Hope to see you there!

“Young Variety provides an excellent opportunity for a young person in the St. Louis area to help provide for children in need, while meeting and working with other young professionals who share that same desire.
I've dedicated a lot of time and energy to support Variety because I have personally seen the results of the aid provided to children with disabilities. Whether Young Variety helps pay for a leg brace or a therapeutic bicycle, or visits Variety's Adventure Camp, it is evident that the lives of children can often be vastly improved by our modest efforts.
I've occasionally heard that some young people have a difficult time finding ways to give back to their community. Young Variety is great way to get involved in the community, support a great cause and have fun doing it. Our social fundraising efforts produce great events, and all of our proceeds directly benefit children in the St. Louis area.”
Do your part to make a difference in the life of a child…while having fun, too! Whatever your passion, Young Variety has a role for you, with subcommittees under the Board of Directors to help raise funds and awareness while also having a good time.
